Welcome to Bizmersion.

Bizmersion is a platform designed to connect people who want to learn how a business operates and potentially start the same or a similar business in the future, through practical, hands-on involvement with existing businesses and business owners who are willing to provide such opportunities.

Bizmersion is intended to facilitate a "learn by working" model. A candidate may obtain practical exposure by participating in an existing business, while the business owner may obtain assistance from a person who is interested in learning the business.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Bizmersion website, platform, registration services, matching services, introduction/connection services and related services.

By registering for, accessing or using Bizmersion, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Bizmersion Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not register for or use the services.

For these Terms:

• "Bizmersion", "we", "us" or "our" means the Bizmersion business operated as a proprietorship from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
• "Candidate" means an eligible individual who registers to seek practical, hands-on exposure to a business with the intention of learning and potentially starting the same or a similar business later.
• "Business", "Business Owner" or "Employer" means an existing business or business owner participating in Bizmersion to provide a practical business-learning opportunity.
• "Connection" or "Introduction" means the service through which Bizmersion facilitates communication between a candidate and a participating business after the applicable connection requirements have been completed.
• "Connection Fee" means the current fee of ₹1,000 payable by the candidate and ₹1,000 payable by the business for a completed connection.
• "Platform" means the Bizmersion website, software, pages, services and related functionality.

3.1 Candidates

A candidate must:

• be at least 21 years old;
• be an Indian citizen;
• provide accurate and truthful registration information;
• use the Platform only for lawful purposes; and
• comply with these Terms.

Candidates must provide their date of birth during registration and confirm that the information supplied is accurate.

Bizmersion may request age or identity documentation later where reasonably necessary for verification, fraud prevention, security, compliance or another legitimate purpose.

3.2 Businesses

A business registering on Bizmersion must provide accurate information about its business, business activities, location, opportunity and the person authorised to represent the business.

The person registering a business represents that they are authorised to provide the information and participate on behalf of that business.

3.3 Eligibility Does Not Guarantee a Connection

Meeting the registration requirements does not guarantee that a candidate will be matched with or accepted by a particular business, or that a business will receive a particular candidate.

Bizmersion is a platform that facilitates introductions between candidates and existing businesses/business owners.

Bizmersion is not, merely by facilitating a connection:

• the employer of a candidate;
• a staffing agency;
• a recruitment agency;
• a contractor;
• an employment agent acting as the employer;
• a supervisor of the candidate; or
• a party to the independent arrangement entered into between the candidate and business owner.

Bizmersion's principal service is to facilitate the connection and provide a platform through which appropriate opportunities may be discovered and introductions may be made.

The purpose of Bizmersion is to facilitate practical, hands-on involvement in existing businesses.

A candidate may participate in a business with the intention of learning how that business operates and potentially using the experience to establish the same or a similar business in the future.

The candidate and business owner independently determine the actual terms of their arrangement.

These may include:

• stipend or salary;
• working hours;
• duties;
• duration;
• attendance;
• leave;
• learning objectives;
• workplace arrangements;
• responsibilities;
• continuation;
• termination; and
• any other mutually agreed conditions.

Bizmersion does not determine these terms.

The stipend or salary payable to a candidate is negotiated directly between the candidate and business owner.

Bizmersion does not determine, collect, guarantee or pay the stipend or salary unless a separate written arrangement expressly states otherwise.

Bizmersion does not guarantee that a candidate will receive any particular amount of income.

Businesses may participate in Bizmersion with the objective of reducing conventional employee-related costs through a practical learning arrangement.

Any reference to potential cost reduction or savings is an indication of the possible business benefit and is not a guarantee.

Bizmersion does not guarantee any specific percentage or amount of cost saving.

The actual commercial arrangement remains between the business and candidate and must comply with applicable law.

Registration on Bizmersion is currently free.

Bizmersion may introduce registration fees, subscription plans, membership fees or other paid services in the future.

Any future fee will be communicated to users before the relevant paid service is purchased or becomes applicable.

Bizmersion reserves the right to modify, introduce, suspend or discontinue features and services.

For the current MVP:

• Candidate connection fee: ₹1,000
• Business connection fee: ₹1,000

The applicable connection fee is payable before Bizmersion releases or facilitates the relevant contact or communication details.

No registration fee is currently charged.

During the current MVP, Bizmersion does not require online payment through a payment gateway for the connection fee.

Payment may be made through:

• UPI;
• bank transfer; or
• cash, where permitted by Bizmersion.

UPI or bank transfer is preferred because it provides a transaction record.

Bizmersion may request a transaction reference, payment confirmation, receipt or other reasonable evidence before completing a connection.

Where both parties are required to pay a connection fee, Bizmersion will normally not release the relevant contact or communication details until both required payments have been completed.

If one party has paid and the other party has not paid, the connection may remain pending.

The payment made by the first party will not automatically create an entitlement to immediate contact details or a completed connection.

Any treatment of a pending payment will be determined in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the circumstances of the case.

A connection is considered completed when Bizmersion has facilitated the agreed introduction and released or provided the appropriate contact or communication details to enable the parties to communicate.

The method of communication may be determined by Bizmersion and may include phone, WhatsApp, other contact information or a communication method made available through the Platform.

Once the connection has been completed, the candidate and business are responsible for their subsequent communication and independent arrangement.

Bizmersion does not guarantee:

• that a business will accept a particular candidate;
• that a candidate will accept a particular business;
• that the parties will agree on a stipend or salary;
• that the parties will agree on working conditions;
• that the candidate will join the business;
• that the business will continue the opportunity;
• that the arrangement will continue for a particular duration;
• that the candidate will successfully learn the business;
• that the candidate will be able to start the same or a similar business;
• any particular income or profit; or
• any particular business outcome.

The connection fee pays for the facilitation of the connection, not for a guaranteed result.

Bizmersion does not manage the day-to-day relationship after an introduction.

Bizmersion does not normally manage:

• attendance;
• daily work;
• workplace supervision;
• stipend or salary payments;
• working hours;
• duties;
• leave;
• performance;
• training quality; or
• termination of the arrangement.

Bizmersion may, where reasonably possible:

• collect feedback;
• assist communication;
• receive complaints;
• investigate serious reports;
• take action against misuse of the Platform; and
• suspend or remove users or businesses where appropriate.

Bizmersion does not become responsible for employment or workplace disputes simply because it facilitated the connection.

Each user is responsible for ensuring that information supplied to Bizmersion is accurate, current and not misleading.

A business is responsible for the accuracy of information concerning:

• its business;
• business activities;
• location;
• opportunity;
• working arrangements;
• expected stipend or salary;
• duties;
• learning opportunities; and
• other representations made to candidates.

Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their own profile, age, experience, skills and other information.

Bizmersion may request clarification or supporting information where reasonably necessary.

Bizmersion may collect basic information at registration.

Registration does not necessarily mean that a candidate or business has been fully verified.

Bizmersion may conduct verification before, during or after a connection where reasonably necessary.

Additional identity, business, payment or verification documents may be requested where reasonably necessary for:

• verification;
• compliance;
• fraud prevention;
• payment processing;
• security; or
• another legitimate purpose.

Bizmersion may suspend, restrict or remove an account if information is found to be false, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise unacceptable.

Users must not use Bizmersion for:

• illegal activities;
• fraudulent or deceptive activities;
• forced labour;
• trafficking;
• exploitation;
• harassment;
• threats or abuse;
• unlawful discrimination;
• unsafe or unlawful work;
• business activities requiring a licence or registration that has not been obtained;
• misuse of another person's personal information;
• attempts to bypass or circumvent Bizmersion's connection or payment process;
• creating deceptive or multiple accounts;
• scraping or unauthorised extraction of Platform data; or
• any activity that violates applicable law.

Bizmersion may refuse, remove, suspend or terminate any user, business, opportunity or connection that appears to violate these requirements.

Candidates and businesses should take reasonable precautions before meeting or entering into an arrangement.

Users should, where appropriate:

• verify the identity of the other party;
• verify relevant business information;
• meet initially in an appropriate business or public setting;
• avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information;
• report suspicious conduct to Bizmersion; and
• contact appropriate authorities where illegal or immediately dangerous conduct is suspected.

Bizmersion does not guarantee the character, conduct, safety, suitability or reliability of another user or business.

Bizmersion may suspend, restrict or terminate an account, listing or connection where reasonably necessary, including where a user:

• provides false or misleading information;
• commits or attempts fraud;
• violates these Terms;
• harasses or abuses another person;
• engages in unlawful activity;
• misuses personal information;
• attempts to circumvent the Bizmersion payment process;
• creates a security risk;
• misuses the Platform; or
• creates a significant risk to Bizmersion or its users.

In serious circumstances, Bizmersion may take action without prior notice.

Bizmersion retains all rights in its:

• name;
• branding;
• logo;
• trademarks, where applicable;
• website;
• software;
• user interface;
• design;
• original content;
• databases;
• platform structure; and
• proprietary processes and materials.

Users retain ownership of information and materials that they submit, subject to the rights granted to Bizmersion under these Terms.

A user grants Bizmersion a limited, non-exclusive right to store, display, process and use submitted information to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, improve and promote the Bizmersion service.

Users must not copy, reproduce, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit Bizmersion's software, content, database or platform without permission.

Bizmersion may communicate with registered users by:

• telephone;
• WhatsApp;
• email;
• SMS; or
• other appropriate communication methods.

Service-related communications may include registration, connection, payment, security, account, feedback, support and important policy information.

Promotional communications will be handled subject to applicable law and applicable consent or opt-out requirements.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Bizmersion Privacy Policy.

Users should review the Privacy Policy before using the Platform.

Bizmersion may use third-party providers for hosting, database services, communication, security, analytics, payment processing and other technical functions.

When online payments are introduced, Bizmersion may use providers such as Cashfree or PhonePe Business.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Bizmersion may contain links to external websites or services.

Bizmersion does not control and does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, security or content of third-party websites.

Users access third-party websites at their own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bizmersion shall not be responsible for losses arising from:

• the conduct of a candidate or business;
• inaccurate or misleading information supplied by users;
• the stipend or salary negotiated between the parties;
• the quality of practical learning;
• employment or business outcomes;
• disputes between candidates and businesses;
• failure of an arrangement to continue;
• injury, loss or damage arising from the independent relationship between the parties;
• third-party services; or
• indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Bizmersion may introduce, modify, suspend or discontinue:

• registration fees;
• subscription plans;
• connection fees;
• additional services;
• features;
• matching processes; or
• other Platform functionality.

Applicable fees will be communicated before a user becomes liable for a new paid service.

Changes will not retroactively alter a payment that has already been completed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Users are encouraged to contact Bizmersion first and attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

Subject to applicable law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a user from exercising a legal right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Bizmersion may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on the Bizmersion website together with an effective or updated date.

Material changes may be communicated through the website, email, WhatsApp or another appropriate method where reasonably necessary.
