The candidate and business owner independently negotiate and agree on their own terms.

The purpose of Bizmersion is to provide an opportunity for practical exposure to an existing business.

Bizmersion does not guarantee that:

• a candidate will successfully learn the business;
• the candidate will acquire all knowledge necessary to start a business;
• the candidate will start the same or a similar business;
• the candidate will become profitable;
• the candidate will earn a particular income; or
• the candidate will achieve any particular entrepreneurial result.

Any future business decision remains the candidate's own decision and responsibility.

Businesses may use Bizmersion with the intention of reducing conventional employee-related costs.

Bizmersion does not guarantee any specific cost saving, including any particular percentage such as 50%, 75% or any other amount.

Actual costs and benefits depend on the independent arrangement between the business and candidate and applicable law.

Bizmersion is not the employer of the candidate and does not become a party to the relationship between a candidate and business merely by facilitating an introduction.

Bizmersion does not determine:

• salary;
• stipend;
• working hours;
• duties;
• attendance;
• leave;
• workplace conditions;
• duration; or
• termination.

These matters are independently determined by the candidate and business owner.

Bizmersion may rely on information supplied by candidates and businesses.

Although Bizmersion may conduct verification where reasonably necessary, Bizmersion does not guarantee that every profile, business, opportunity, qualification, experience statement, stipend statement or other user-provided information is complete, current or accurate.

Users should conduct their own reasonable checks before relying on information supplied by another user.

Registration on Bizmersion should not automatically be interpreted as a full verification, certification, endorsement or recommendation of a candidate or business.

Bizmersion may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary and may take action when false, fraudulent or misleading information is identified.

However, verification efforts do not constitute a guarantee of the person's character, conduct, financial position, business quality, legal compliance or suitability.

Bizmersion facilitates connections between people who may not previously know one another.

Users should take reasonable safety precautions, verify relevant information and exercise appropriate judgment before meeting or working with another person.

Bizmersion does not guarantee:

• personal safety;
• workplace safety;
• character;
• conduct;
• honesty;
• suitability;
• reliability; or
• future behaviour

of any candidate or business.

Serious complaints, fraud, harassment, threats or unsafe conduct should be reported to Bizmersion and, where appropriate, the relevant authorities.

Once a connection has been facilitated, the candidate and business owner are responsible for their independent relationship.

Bizmersion does not normally manage or resolve disputes concerning:

• stipend;
• salary;
• attendance;
• working hours;
• duties;
• workplace conduct;
• leave;
• performance;
• training quality;
• continuation; or
• termination.

Bizmersion may, however, receive complaints and take action against platform misuse, fraud, harassment, serious misconduct or Terms violations.

Information or experience obtained through Bizmersion should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, safety or other professional advice.

Candidates and businesses should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Bizmersion may use third-party hosting, database, communication, payment, security and other services.

Bizmersion does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability, performance, security or accuracy of third-party services.

Users may also encounter external websites or services through links or communications. Bizmersion does not control third-party content or privacy practices.

Bizmersion aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical problems.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, security incidents, internet problems or circumstances outside Bizmersion's reasonable control.

Users are responsible for:

• the accuracy of information they provide;
• decisions they make based on Platform information;
• their communication with other users;
• agreements they enter into;
