Bizmersion connects you with real, participating businesses so you can gain practical, hands-on exposure to how a business actually works — not just a classroom description of it. It's about experience today that could become a foundation for what you build tomorrow.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and based in India. Beyond that, you don't need to already know exactly what you want — if you're not sure, you can register your general interest and let us help identify a suitable opportunity.

Yes, candidate registration is currently free.

Your name, email, password, mobile number, State and City/Town, the business categories you're interested in (you can pick more than one), your education level, experience level, and your preferred duration, mode, and availability.

No — Aadhaar and PAN are not mandatory registration requirements. Bizmersion may request additional verification where reasonably necessary, but these documents aren't required just to sign up.

Your profile status starts at "Registration Submitted." From there it can move through Under Review, Profile Verified, Opportunity Available, Introduced to Employer, Learning/Training Started, and Completed. You can check your current status any time by logging in to your Candidate Dashboard with your email and password.

It was shown once on your registration success screen. It's not needed to log in (that's your email and password), but it's useful to have on hand for support — so keep it somewhere safe.

The current connection fee is ₹1,000, payable when Bizmersion facilitates an introduction. Payment is required before the relevant contact details are released, and — once a connection is completed — it's normally non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No. Bizmersion does not guarantee employment, a particular stipend, or any specific outcome. Any stipend, working hours or other terms are independently negotiated between you and the business. Our Disclaimer explains this in more detail.

Yes. Log in to your Candidate Dashboard with your email and password, then use "Edit Profile" to update your details, categories, or preferences. Your reference ID and status aren't editable there.

No. Bizmersion provides an opportunity for practical exposure — what you do with that experience, including whether or when you start a business of your own, is entirely your own decision and responsibility.
